Time: 36:46
Felt better than I thought. Rowing has always been a weakness. I kept every split under 2:00.
Slowest was right at 1:59.
The Burpees I was able to keep a decent pace. They didn't kill me at least. It wasn't a blazing pace but they were consistent with no rest during the sets (15 straight every time)
Transitions were ok. I would take a couple breaths before going back and forth.

Today I felt good. That's a PR for both A and B. Feet were a little wide on the catch but the pull felt good.
On C, I stayed with 1 rep every 20 seconds for the first 3 minutes, then went to every 30 seconds for the next 4. The last minute I was able to mange 3 reps. They got sloppy toward the end. Back was getting tired and was catching wide.
The PM session shows that my over head pressing REALLY needs some work. Neither the press or the pull up was a PR . The press wasn't even close.
The HSPU didn't go well. 5's through 20, 3's through 35, singles the rest of the way.
Pull ups were better. Sets went something like 15,10, 8, then 5's and 3's.
