15 Burpees
Time: 36:46
Felt better than I thought. Rowing has always been a weakness. I kept every split under 2:00.
Slowest was right at 1:59.
The Burpees I was able to keep a decent pace. They didn't kill me at least. It wasn't a blazing pace but they were consistent with no rest during the sets (15 straight every time)
Transitions were ok. I would take a couple breaths before going back and forth.
