A.M. Fasted Run P.M. MAP Varied Mixed
A. Power Clean & Push Jerk- 5 singles @ 225, focus on speed and tech, rest as need b/w reps
B. Power Snatch- 5 singles @ 185, focus on speed and tech, rest as needed b/w reps
C. Back Squat- build to 90% for a single
RESULTS:
A. Completed. Felt smooth and fast.
B. Completed. These were tougher than I anticipated. Not bad though.
C. Built up to 375 and it felt really good. Smooth going down and fast coming out of the bottom.
